A stone dug refuge

The project aims to explore the architecture and programming of the domestic space. It was contextless.
One of our aim with this pretty bare refuge was to have as minimal as an impact we could, to let the context of the refuge be the center of its interest

The three programs we chose to explore were the terrace, the bedroom and a living space. We chose to dig so as to have a simple enclosed space, and to have a theatrical entry into the inside. The lounge room is made just after the stairs to the sides of the main circulation to give the bedroom the most space, the most attention.
